Inktober Day 24: A redbud leaf

 I collected 3 leaves as potential subjects this morning - a redbud (Cercis canadensis), a red maple (Acer rubrum), and an Ozark witch hazel (Hamamelis vernalis).

The redbud leaf was my choice for a quick drawing this evening.  I've gravitated now more towards color than ink, I'm realizing as Inktober moves into its final week.  Interesting!
