View from Mont-Comi

We hiked on a nearby ski area, Mont-Comi, this afternoon.  

It was lovely to see the fall colors; the mountain is surrounded by sugar maples and red maples, all seemingly at their peak.  

We went with friends, who make a regular fall trip there, and were glad for the encouragement.  Mont-Comi Park is technically closed during the week, but clearly hikers and mountain bikers were welcome.  It was just the lift, restaurant, etc. that only was open on weeekends.

The fall color was spectacular.
