Snow geese at Havre du Bic
They’ve been so amazing to see over the last week or so. I never imagined that such large flocks spent resting time in marshy areas like this while migrating south.
An unexpected wonder of being here in mid-October this year.
Love the difference in foliage colors & lighting in your two shots -- almost looks like progression toward silver of winter. Just the slightest start to color change down here in Greenville...
