Fall leaves

As we're enjoying the last bit of fall (a freeze last night and another expected tonight), it's wonderful to see the red maple and oak leaves scattered on the parking area.

I'd always thought we had nice fall color in the Western North Carolina mountains, but it's been spectacular here in Quebec this fall, with the season lasting longer than usual because of the late freezes.

A view towards the Baie du Ha!Ha! a couple of days ago was remarkable.
