An overnight snow

The dusting of snow that we had overnight reminded us of Quebec. 

Our spot there in Quebec, oddly had high temperatures in the 50°F range, while ours here in Asheville were in the low 40°'F's. Tonight, our temperatures in Asheville will be in the low 20°F range.  And our neighbors, sending photos, trying to locate exactly where our well might be (we've searched, and the owner before last came out today to locate it at a different spot where he pointed some years back).  -- well, there wasn't much snow on the ground there!

But we enjoyed the snow, contrasting with the final flush of fall.
