Fall light

 It's been a hard two weeks learning more and more about the damage in my mountain city of
Asheville, North Carolina.  But power came back on in our house there today.  A good thing.

And I appreciate, as I give $$ for various relief efforts, that we are fortunate, indeed.  Our house in Asheville is safe.  

 And we're still in our house in Quebec, where the presence of fall is everywhere.

The evening light was extraordinary this evening.  A view towards our uphill neighbor.
