Le Botaniste

Hard not to like a shop with that name, spotted in NYC a few months ago.  It certainly resonated with me.

I didn't manage a storefront view image because of traffic and cars, but this inside view is relatively evocative.

It's a company based in Belgium, now expanded to three shops in Manhattan -- with plant-based vegan take-out and limited sit-down and wine bar space, at least at the location I visited.

I loved their business card and kept it, taking a photo just now.

Plant-based catering -- nice!
