A visit to Parc Jacques Cartier

A recent home exchange found us near Parc Jacques Cartier, a wonderful Quebec national park 30 minutes outside of Quebec City.  It's a park oriented around a spectacular river valley. 

Our home exchange place was on Lac DeLage, about 10 minutes away from the park.

We had a lovely day trip there, enjoying the riverside trails as well as the forest ones.

Tim reminded me of this, sending me this photo.  A wonderful excursion.
