Wonderful views today

Two places bookmarked my excursions today.  The first was a walk along the Sentier du Littoral in Rimouski, along the Gulf of St. Lawrence.  My gardening companion set off on a long bicycle ride along the same route, all the way to St. Luce. 

I walked for a long way towards town and back and then did an errand to the drugstore, but then enjoyed a bit of poking around, checking out the offerings at the Alina Coop and the nearby market hall, Les Halles.

This evening, we returned to the Pointe-aux-Anglais.  It was low tide, so Woody wasn’t able to swim, but the air has now turned cool, and out there, along the Gulf, it was definitely cool.  

The sunset was nice, looking beyond the Ile du Massacre.
