Temperatures in St. Fabien

Our house in Quebec is halfway between the villages of St. Fabien and Le Bic.  This forecast for tomorrow had me taking note.  In a regular year, we would have spent January and February in Quebec, cherry-picking winter.  It's been a bit warmer this winter, so skiing would have more icy,  the snow came late, but these are deep freeze temperatures, it seems to me.  Our relatively mild temperatures here in Western North Carolina, although it's much colder this week, seem modest, in comparison.
