Fresh eggs

Visiting with our German HomeExchange partner from over a year ago today, now back in Asheville for a couple of weeks, reminds me of how I saved my Freiburg farmer's market egg cartons. 

I brought back a couple of them, obtained from lovely vendors at the market.

I've used them now for our own eggs (from our summer hens in Quebec), but also to transfer heirloom/market eggs here in Asheville. 

All a good thing.
