Nice to talk about pollinator-friendly gardening

A duplicate post from Natural Gardening.

I’m doing a program on Wednesday, April 6, from 5-6 pm on creating a pollinator-friendly garden. It’s part of our Asheville Greenworks Pollination Celebration, marking 10 years of Asheville’s being the first Bee City USA.  Our neighbor, Phyllis Stiles, founded the program which is now nationwide, managed by the Xerces Society, with hundreds of cities and college campuses now part of Bee City, with expansion into Canada too.

My program is free, via Zoom, but requires pre-registration. I’ve been promoting pollinator-friendly gardens for many years, so am always glad to do this program again.

The link to register, if you might be interested in watching (the recording will probably be available, too) is here: https://www.ashevillegreenworks.org/upcoming-events.html

Note:  the recording is now posted on Asheville GreenWorks YouTube channel:
