Another lovely ski

I keep wishing that I'd kept up weight-training with dumbbells, continued biking, somehow practiced yoga online, or had a physical therapy routine like my gardening companion.

Nevertheless, I'm continuing on with x-c skiing -- it's so wonderful to be out there- even though I'm really pretty darn tired and sore after an hour and a half. A 2 and a half hour ski on Saturday on my favorite trail in the park was lovely. We were with friends.  Tim and Michael forged ahead; Becca and I just kept skiing.

So, all good.

Today, we were out for an hour and 15 minutes.  Perfect.  I'm still totally tired tonight after a day's rest yesterday.  Inspiration for keeping it up and getting out there!
