More pears
It's pear harvest time. There are a lot of them. They're Bartlett-type pears, ripening after harvest.
Plums are ready and our mid-September warmth is encouraging their ripening.
And apple "cookies" made from our apples are delicious, too.

I've been blogging since 2007, first on Natural Gardening, which I continue, but I posted daily here from September, 2018 to September, 2019. My thoughts of connecting with sense of place, being at home, inspiration and creativity, and traveling, with forays into other topics, too, have resonated in since then.
