Launch of Peggy

I volunteer with Heritage Lower St. Lawrence, a non-profit that serves the English-speaking community in our largely Francophone region, doing library work.

So I was glad to attend the launch of Peggy, a heritage wooden boat from Métis sur Mer, restored in Bic and launched in Havre du Bic this afternoon.  The launch was attended by quite a few folks. 

Happily, even with vintage sails, she managed a nice sail with expert sailors on board.
