Feeling at home

We didn't create this space;  the previous owner, an antique dealer did.  

He updated the 1910 parish schoolhouse to an insulated, well-roofed, but respectful to the past sort-of-place.  He loved dim light, so historic kitchen globes were an early addition.

Replacing light bulbs recently in his historic ceiling lamps in the living room, we used antique yellow LED ones to make them more uniform. It's lovely.
