Being at home
We're enjoying our time in Asheville as things are opening up. We're having nice meals out (!) -- what a treat after so much home-cooking.
It's been lovely to have home-grown vegetables during all of this strange pandemic time. My raised beds have produced warm and cool season vegetables in abundance. I'm just now harvesting the final cool-season vegetables, as I plan (and hope) on being an absent gardener this summer.
I wrote on Natural Gardening about the cool-season vegetable harvesting; click through to read about that.
