A bit of historic Annapolis

My walk around the historic district of Annapolis today was really about getting some exercise, but included house and garden views, too.

We're on a HomeExchange currently with a nice young family; their house is about 10 minutes from the historic district in a quiet neighborhood near the water.

I loved these two vignettes.  

The first was a delightful garden, where I enjoyed the notice around the entrance to the back. Entree des artistes the small sign said.

The second vignette was an extraordinary offering of three bowls of large dog biscuits for passersby with dogs.  Truly generous folks.
