Getting ready to head north

It's been a wonderful spring here, with most of my writing energy devoted to my book about our first 2 years in Quebec, rather than blog posts.

I've been truly grateful to be here in our naturalistic landscape, enjoying the symphony of spring unfurling.

I'm sure our summer tenant will love it,  coming from dry Southern California.

But heading north calls, and working on a wonderful printed color (pricey) version of my manuscript reminds me of how beautiful it is in Quebec.
