Green tomatoes

I've been working my way through the freezer, cooking green tomatoes, tomatillos, as well as rhubarb, strawberries and plums.

The last of the tomatillos have become salsa verde, with just one bag of green tomatoes to go.

 

There's rhubarb, strawberries, and more plums to come, as well as apple and pear sauce (and LOTS of jars of no-sugar jam, already made.)  So nice to have all of this.
